My role

I led medication-access workflow analysis and documentation with pharmacy and nursing, including project-scope discussions with pharmacy directors.

    Capture findings and education-planning questions.

  3. Hand off

    Transfer the documents and open questions to the incoming informaticist.

Making the work understandable

I developed workflow and education-planning documents from firsthand observations, then handed off findings and open questions to the incoming pharmacy informaticist.
