Omnicell XT transition
Data review, cabinet preparation, and go-live support.
I bring a pharmacy perspective to questions about technology, information, and how work gets done.
How I thinkI look at how information moves between people and steps. Handoffs, repeated work, and missing context help me understand where to look more closely.
That leads me to the technology: what could make the next step clearer?
I start with the people doing the work: what they need to know, the decisions they make, and the constraints they face.
That leads me to the workflow: where does the information they need come from?
I look at how information moves between people and steps. Handoffs, repeated work, and missing context help me understand where to look more closely.
That leads me to the technology: what could make the next step clearer?
I think about what a tool asks of the person using it, how it supports a decision, and what happens when the situation changes.
That brings me back to people: how does the design hold up in daily use?
Healthcare technology succeeds or fails in the space between system design and daily work. That is the space I am most interested in.
I start with people and workflows: where information gets lost, where friction builds, and what would make the next step clearer. My background in pharmacy informatics and clinical-evidence work shapes how I connect those observations to practical design.
