I analyzed a 28,705-record legacy utilization extract alongside XT inventory reports. The review supported unit-specific medication-list and bin-assignment validation.

Scope of my contribution

Transition support within a broader team. Final medication-list decisions and approvals remained with responsible stakeholders.
